The cuvee marine is the flagship wine of the estate and to make this wine, three grapes typical of the region of Gascony are blended together; they are Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng. The resulting wine is of top quality with a wonderful complexity.
It is crisp, zesty and fresh and totally drinkable on its own but will pair with light meats such as veal or chicken, seafood, particularly seabass, prawns and other freshly barbecued fish. The name is derived from the marine fossils found in the soil in this area which imparts a minerality to the wine.
