The Dal Zotto family emigrated to the King valley from Italy in 1967. They were the first to plant Prosecco in Australia, making the sparkling wine long before Italian authorities changed the name of the grape to Glera. They are still one of the most innovative and celebrated Australian producers of Prosecco.
Made in the traditional style of Italian farmers, this Australian prosecco is a fantastic example of sparkling King valley wine. The King valley is very successful at growing europen wine varieties and this prosecco is no exception. Dry and refreshing, with notes of ripe pear and honeydew, this delicious wine would pair well with rich fich and seafood, cheeses or just as an aperitif.
