The Dal Zotto family emigrated to the King valley from Italy in 1967. They were the first to plant Prosecco in Australia, making the sparkling wine long before Italian authorities changed the name of the grape to Glera. They are still one of the most innovative and celebrated Australian producers of Prosecco.
The Dal Zotto pucino is a delightful fizzy wine and a blend of prosecco and moscato grapes. The aroma has strong floral and fruity notes with hints of apple and apricot while the palate is light and fresh with a touch of citrus.
