The Liberator - Come Quickly, I Am Drinking The Stars - Cap Classique Sparkling
This sparkling little number has been a long time in the making - namely 5.5 years spent on the lees refining those bready, nutty flavours you expect from this Cap Classique wine. Made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and allowed to referment in the bottle.
This is truly a bit special, described as one of the best sparkling wines in the world for under £25, only 2000 were made - so we’re pretty happy we got our hands on a few!
