Can Sumoi. A long considered meeting of friends, Pepe Raventos and Francesc Escala. The estate of 400 hectares is situated at an altitude of 600 metres in the Penedès. 30 hectares of old Montonega, Xarel-lo and Sumoll vines produce the grapes for their selection of wines. Organically farmed without irrigation and naturally vinified, without filtration, stabilization or additives the wines produced are light in alcohol and have bracing acidity.
This is a delicate and fragrant young rose with hints of pear and roses, light bodied and dry, it should be enjoyed with lightly smoked salmon, or fish and roasted vegetable tapas, just enjoy as an aperitif and drink it by itself.
