Two Masters of Wine, Fergal Tynan and Giles Cooke travelled Spain to find of the best undiscovered wines in the country. These are handmade wines from cooperatives in the La Mancha region. With farmers from Cuenca, grapes are organically grown from the hard working bush vines. Chemicals have never been used in these traditional vineyards.

A vivacious and tangy organic wine. it has a floral and fruity nose, and a palate is of peach and pear fruit with vibrant citrusy acidity.
