Burning Sky - Quench - Pale Ale
Burning Sky Brewery was started by former head brewer of Dark Star Mark Tranter, because of his love of the traditional Belgian brewing techniques. The brewery is situated in the heart of the South Downs in the small village of Firle just outside of Lewes.
Burning Sky produces punchy hop forward IPAs and pales plus special release bottles of spontaneous and mixed fermentation ales that showcase their dedication to barrel ageing and blending.
