Brighton Spirits Co began to make Brighton Gin in 2013. Using 100% Organic and vegan pure wheat spirit which is re-distilled with juniper, fresh lime and orange peel, and locally grown corriander -amazingly, this is the very first commerically grown corriander for more than 200 years. South downs milk thistle is also on the ingredients list - a wonderful indigenous flower known to help liver function.
This ready to drink cocktail uses lemon verbena, Sicilian lemons and some cucumber to create a refreshing medley of flavours.
