A lambic is a type of beer that is specifically brewed in Belgium and is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria that are exclusive to this region. This is how thunique taste is created, often thought as a representation of a cross between wine and beer - it's a little tart on the finish, has plenty of depth and a smooth, silky body.
The Mariage Parfait is a blend of different lambics aged for three years respectively and blended with a small amount of young gueuze. Theres a high level of fermentation - hence the higher than usual ABV - and you should expect zesty, citrus fruit flavours with a tart finish and a hint of vanilla.
