The grapes that make up this wine were hand picked, macerated as whole bunches, native and selected yeasts and 20% aged for four months in 3 year old French oak barrels with spontaneous malolactic fermentation taking place in the tanks.
Deep red colour with a concentrated nose of figs, cherries, violets leading to a juicy palate with a long silky finish and soft tannins.
Great with spaghetti Bolognese.
