Michisakari is a sake brewery found in the Gifu region of central Japan which is 250 years old and focuses on producing the finest dry sake in refreshingly light, crisp styles.
This aged sake is very rare - it's not often you see an aged sake! This is luscious and indulgent, with aromas of honey, caramel, walnut and a malty finish. A perfect after dinner treat.
