Just a couple of hundred metres from the Hungarian border the brothers Andert's vineyards have been Biodynamic certified since 2003. All their grapes are hand harvested, no additives during the fermentation process, indigenous yeasts, no filtration and the wines are left to do their thing in oak.
The grapes are macerated for 5 days on their skins and then aged for 9 months in oak and unfiltered when bottled. There's plenty of ripe flavours well balanced with acidity.
