3 Fonteinen is a traditional Lambic brewery based in Pjottenland, Belgium. It is a family operated business spanning 3 generations and has survived a faulty air conditioning unit exploding in the cellar and destroying their stock of lambics! They have rebuilt and become one of Belgiums most recognisable and sought after producers of lambics and gueuzes.
This cuvée is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it. This geuze has fermented in the bottle, and will continue to develop its tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared.
