The name 1615 marks the year that grapes were first recorded in Peru.
This Pisco is distilled from fresh, recently fermented wine made from the best “Quebranta” grapes. No other ingredients are added as the grapes have high sugar content and enough natural yeast is present on the grapes and within the winery. The pisco is not corrected in any way, as is traditional. The resulting product is a clean spirit, and no extra processes or clarification is necessary.
Fun fact: 10 kilos of grapes produce 1 litre of pisco.
Clean on the nose with notes of vanilla and plum.
