Wiston Estates is found in the South Downs area of East Sussex, UK on south-facing slopes with chalky soil. They use the traditional Champagne grape blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and use no chemical sprays to treat the vines - Wiston prefer to try to use minimal intervention at every point in the wine-making process.
The Rose 2014 is made using a classic blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay - although the Pinot Noir carries the most weight. Flavours of ripe cherries, cranberries, Seville Oranges and a long creamy finish make this sparkling an exceptional choice.
