This special blonde biere was infused and macerated with 17 different local alpine herbs and matured in Clos de Rougeard Breze barrels (one of the worlds rarest wines). It sounds from the description as though the flavours will be incredibly herbacious but this is seriously elegant, well balanced and delicious.
Brasserie Des Voirons was begun by Christophe and Barbara, with a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. Together they opened the brewery in the alpine commune of Lucinges in 2013. They are committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and water sourced from Mount Blanc. All beers are certified organic by Nature & Progres in France.
