Tillingham are a Sussex based farm in the South East of England in an area called Sussex! They specialise in natural wines and pratice organic and biodynamic processes - however they are not certified organic. The farm is also home to fruit trees, ancient woodland and livestock.
Notes of greengage and kaffir lime leaf combine with melon and lemongrass.
The Chardonnay and Auxerrois both had skin contact for four days, then fermented in Qvevri with a small percentage of skins. After six months, it was transferred to old burgundy barriques
