This molasses 12 year old rum from Guyana is a blend of several stills of the Diamond Distillery.
Companie Des Indes is the French independent bottler taking great care to bring unique and exciting casks of rum from many traditional boutique distilleries from across the world, and releasing them under its own brand. They are bringing attention to rums from places that deserve to be known for their exciting, delicious and well crafted drinks but we may not have known too much about them until now.
This rum was aged for a decade in an ex Bourbon cask then a further 2 years in an ex Madeira cask.
