Made from a blend of grape and grain from the Rathfinny Wine Estate in Sussex. A blend of Rebeche (the third grape pressing). it is then sent off to be to the wonderful Slent Pool distillery to be made into gin using nine well chosen botanicals: Juniper, Coriander,Angelica, Orris, Liquorice, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica Seed and Hysop. Serve with a light tonic and a garnish of orange which works well with the botanicals.
