A beautiful, smokey natural Pinot Noir from natural wine producing "rockstars" Sons of Wine. This has freshness, depth and complexity.
The grapes were sourced from three different but specially selected vineyards for their specific terroir, and kept separate during the spontaneous fermentation. The trio were brought together for blending and ageing for about 18 months in old oak barrels. No sulfites, no clarification or filtration at all took place in the production of this wine so please expect some haze.
